  1. Constitution of the Anti-Ragging Committee as per UGC guidelines.
  2. Awareness Campaigns: Displaying banners, notices, and flex boards in the college premises regarding the prohibition of ragging and its consequences.
  3. Prospectus and Website Information: Including anti-ragging policies and emergency contact numbers in the college prospectus and website.
  4. Mandatory Affidavits: All students and parents must sign an affidavit declaring non-involvement in any form of ragging.
  5. Regular Committee Meetings: Conducting meetings at the start and end of the academic year to assess the effectiveness of anti-ragging measures.
  6. Special Lectures and Induction Programs: Organizing guidance sessions and induction programs to educate students about the anti-ragging policy.
  7. Formation of an Anti-Ragging Squad: Conducting surprise visits and monitoring high-risk areas such as canteens, hostels, and common rooms.
  8. Handling Complaints: A structured mechanism for reporting and resolving ragging-related complaints, with strict actions against offenders.
  9. Coordination with Local Authorities: If necessary, informing the police and local administration about any ragging incidents.
