Placement Guidelines and Policies
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must meet the minimum academic requirements set by recruiters.
- Attendance in training sessions and pre-placement talks is mandatory.
- Any misconduct during the placement process will lead to disqualification.
Placement Registration Process
- Students must register with the Placement Cell and submit necessary documents (resume, academic records, etc.).
- The Placement Cell will share job/internship opportunities based on eligibility.
- Students can apply for multiple companies but must accept only one job offer to ensure fair opportunities for all.
Code of Conduct During Placements
- Students must adhere to professional ethics and decorum during interviews.
- False information or misrepresentation in resumes will result in blacklisting.
- Once a job offer is accepted, students cannot apply for further placements unless permitted.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- A complaint resolution panel to handle student grievances regarding placements.
- An online grievance submission portal for confidential reporting.
- Regular feedback sessions to improve the efficiency and transparency of the placement process.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Annual Placement Reports to track success rates and employer feedback.
- Student satisfaction surveys to improve training and placement strategies.
- Periodic review meetings with faculty and industry partners for process improvements.
